PRONOUNCEMENT SHORTLY MR. SYDNEY WEBB BUSY (Australian and N.Z. Press Association > Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The “Daily Herald’s” political correspondent says he learned today that Mr. Sidney Webb, Secretary of Stat* for the Dominions and Colonies, would shortly make a pronouncement regard ing Labour’s Empire policy. This will result in requests to know what Labour intends to do, but it is not yet decided what form the policy will take. Mr. Webb is busy at the Dominions Office studying the position, with which he is not very familiar.
