ANNUAL MEETING
HAMILTON BRANCH OF WOMEN’S NATIONAL COUNCIL On Tuesday evening the annual meeting of the Hamilton branch of the Women’s National Council was held in the committee room of the library, Mrs. H. Valder being in the chair. An able and full report of the year’s activities was submitted by the honorary secretary, Dr. de la Mare, and a favourable balance sheet was shown by the treasurer, Mrs. W. H. Stevens. The election of officers for the incoming year resulted as follows: President, Mrs. H. Valder; hon. secretary, Dr. de la Mare; hon. treasurer, Mrs. W. H. Stevens (all re-elected); vice-p.residents. Mrs. Stevenson Craig and Mrs. C. H. Holloway.
