FAITHFUL DOG

WAITED FOR DEAD MASTER After Albert Giles, aged SS, of pontypool- had crashed at Usk on his motor-cycle combination and had been removed to hospital, his Airedale dog, which had been riding in the sidecar, followed the wrecked combination to t jje garage and refused to leave it. Giles died from his injuries, and the police, who had fed the dog, which would not allow anyone to approach the sidecar, had to fetch the dead man's son from Pontypool to remove the animal. A verdict of ‘'accidental death” was returned at the inquest at Pontypool.
