“RED LIPS” The double-feature programme tow at the Rialto and Regent, Epson Theatres includes “Red Ups.” a bright story of colie life, with Charles Rogers and Mary Xixon in the leading roles. The film concerns a 3'oung athlete who falls in love with a popular giri and finds great difficulty in winning her and succeeding on the track, until she lends her help. “Children of the Ritz,” the second feature, is the romance of a New York girl who had nothing to do bu: devise new ways of spending money. Dorothy Mackaill and Jack Mulhall are the stars.
