All waterproof coats are not "dowdy"; in fact some of the latest are smarter than ordinary tweeds. Here is a very new model in thoroughly waterproof silk, showing beige spots on a background of olive green. It is cut with all the latest notes; deep adjustable collar, neat sleeves buttoning cosily at the wrists, and narrow belt of self material fastening with a metal buckle.
