BANKRUPTCY COURT
DISCHARGES GRANTED Discharges from bankruptcy were granted by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court today to the following applicants: Bertie Raymond Thorburn, farmer, of Ruatangata; Frederick Tucker, farmer, of Helensville; Herbert Arnold Braithwaite, builder, of Auckland; Phoebe Tito, farmer, of Tangateroria; Herman Arns, carpenter, of Patetonga; William Harper, farmer, of Walton; Henry Robert Campbell, painter, of Dargaville. A motion for the amendment of the order adjudicating Bertram Elwin Bird, commercial traveller, was granted. On the motions of petitioning creditors, orders for adjudication were made against the following:—A. Moorhead, spinster, of Karangahape Road; O. Swanberg, baker, of Whangarei; and Robert Ernest Odd, contractor, of Auckland.
