Bouman and Senorita de Alvarez beat Mrs. Watson and Miss Eileen Bennett, the holders, 6—-3, 2 —6, 6—3; Miss Heine and Mrs. Eeave (South Africa), beat Mrs. Mathieu and Mrs. Da Faurie, 11—9, 6—l.
