USE OF PURIFYING PLANT Stay of execution for two months has been allowed the Guillard Blue Metal Quarry Company in connection with the injunction granted against them by Mr. Justice Kennedy, in the Supreme Court, to give them time to complete and test out a purification plant which is, half erected. Certain riparian owners in the vicinity of the Hunua Gorge, Haye’s Creek, where the company operates, applied for the injunction on the ground that the stream was being polluted by water taken from it and discharged after use.
