GOOD TEMPLARS MEET
ENDEAVOUR LODGE EVENING A successful meeting of the Endeavour Lodge of the International Order of Good Templars was held - last week. • C.T. Bro. E. R. Hodgkinson presided over a good attendance of members. A full and comprehensive report of the annual convention of the New Zealand Alliance was given by delegates, | three candidates were initiated, and five proposed for membership. L.D.G.C.T. Bro. Watts and members from H.M.S. Diomede attended, ; and were cordially received, a haka' of welcome being performed by the “Endeavour Warriors.” The VHomies” of the lodge were in charge of social arrangements, and gave an excellent programme of vocal and instrumental items.
