APPLES DEARER NEW ORANGES TOMORROW Several lines of apples showed an advance in value in the sales in the | City Marts to-day. The market has ! improved. Keiffer and Cole pears have also \ risen in value. The Waipahi’s shipment of Island oranges is expected at Auckland tomorrow. The fruit should meet with a ready demand. Local fruits continue to be fairly I well stocked, and the general tone of the market is sound. Repacked bananas are bringing sat- | isfactory prices. i There are good supplies of all lines I vegetables.
