OPAHEKE HALL OFFICERS

The annual meeting of the Opabeks Hail Company was held at Bombay last week, Mr. D. McKenzie presiding. The financial position showed that the overdraft had been reduced to £67 13s 4d. The excess of assets over liabilities stood at £961 11s 2d. Directors elected were: Messrs. PWilson, R. Evans, W. Hayward, S. C. Shaw and G. T. Proude, Mr. H. JFlay was elected chairman, Mr. W. T>. Teesdale secretary, and Mr. A. Best auditor.
