The latest from Berlin says a third motor is now amiss. The airship is doing only 8J miles an hour. There is some pessimism in the German capital and official circles are anxious A later message says the Zeppelin landed at Cuers, 11 miles north-east of Toulon. The trouble was due to breaks in the driving shafts.
