For being- drunk while in charge of a car, this being his second offence, Frederick Herbert Goodman, contractor, was fined £ 50, and his licence cancelled for six months, by Mr. F. H. Harper, S.M., at Gisborne this morn-TAXI-DRIVER FINED £lO Press Association BLENHEIM, Today. A fine of £lO, with a stern warning, was imposed on William Francis Funnell, of Blenheim, a taxi-driver, who pleaded guilty to a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car. An application for the suppression of his name was refused.
