CLUB STEWARDS URGE NEEDS Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The stewards of the Wellington Racing Club passed a resolution strongly urging the need for legislation to permit money being telegraphed, or otherwise sent to club secretaries for investment on the totalisator, and the publication of dividends.
