GISBORNE WANTS VISIT
BRITISH FARMERS ON TOUR Press Association GISBORNE, Sunday. In an address at the apnual meeting of the Poverty Bay Farmers’ Union, the Dominion secretary. Mr. J. Pow. said that 80 British farmers would visit New Zealand next year, arriving on February 20 and leaving for Sydney at the end of March. He promised to use every effort to get the party to visit Gisborne. The tour includes Australia. South Africa and Canada.
