BLASTING ACCIDENT
WORKMAN INJURED As the result of a blasting accident on Pahiki Island, near Waiheke. on Saturday. Robert Logan, an employee of McCall urn and Company, contractors. received severe injuries to his face and hands. , He was brought to the Auckland Hospital by launch, being admitted early on Saturday evening. This morning his condition was reported to be improved. Mr. Logan is 42 years old and lives in Fries ton Avenue, Milford.
