TEACHER'S LONG SERVICE

Mr. IT. Fenwick, who for 14 years has been assistant master at Hamilton West School, was made a presentation at the school yesterday on the eve of his departure to take up the position of headmaster at Ashhurst School, Wanganui. Mr. Fenwick was presented by one of his pupils with a smokers* outfit. On behalf of the Parents’ Association Airs. W. F. Kent Johnston presented Mrs. Fenwick with a powder bowl. The headmaster. Mr. A. Henderson, and a former headmaster, Mr. G. K. Sinclair, referred to Mr. Fenwick’s popularity among his pupils.
