ANOTHER LITTLE SMELL
LOST AMONG WESTFIELD ODOURS Acting on the assumption that “another little smell would not do them any harm,” the Otahuhu Borough Council last evening .referred an application from an export company for a lease of land on the Great South Road, near Westfield, to the works committee for a report. The land adjoins the present municipal quarry, and when discussing the application Mr. IT. T. Clements said there was the possibility of another “smell hole” developing, but another smell would certainly make no difference in that area.
