FIVE AIRMEN KILLED
DREADFUL TRAGEDY IN FRANCE DANGER FROM LIVE BOMBS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 11 a.m. PARIS, Tuesday. There was a terrible flying mishap at the Avorcl military airdrome, when five men were killed. An airplane was dropping bombs during practice when one wing became detached and the machine crashed. The bodies ol* live men had to be left under the machine all night, as two unexploded bombs were still in the wreckage. It is feared that there will be a further disaster unless the bombs are. removed by experts.
