MR. J. S. FLETCHER THANKED
SERVICES TO GREY LYNN In recognition of his services to the Grey Lynn electorate since his return to Parliament last November, Mr. J. S. Fletcher, M.P., was entertained at a social gathering in the Point Chevalier Hall last evening. Mrs. Fletcher was also present. The function was organised by members of his election committee and about 150 residents of Point Chevalier and other parts of the district were present. In a brief speech Mr. Fletcher said he greatly appreciated the kindly feeling which the gathering expressed, particularly as he- had known practically no one in the electorate until he had opened his campaign there last year.
