FARMER’S WIFE FOUND IN WATERHOLE SEVEN CHILDREN LOSE MOTHER (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, Tuesday. To be accidentally drowned in a waterhole on her husband’s farm at Eureka was the fate of Mrs. Sophia Beresford Leask this morning. jy£RS. LEASK, who was 53 years of age, was missed from the house and was subsequently found in the waterhole by her daughter. At an inquest this afternoon by Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., a verdict of death by misadventure, through accidentally falling into a waterhole, was returned. Mrs. Leask leaves a husband, Mr. William Leask, and seven children, whose ages range from 11 to 24 years.
