PALMERSTON ISH. To-day. Stating that he absolutely declined to sit with the council as at present constituted, Cr. Milverton to-day resigned his sear on the Borough. Council, to which he was elected two years ago and re-elected on Wednesday. Cr. Milverton has been a critic of the council since his election to it.
