KAIKOHE CYCLING
NEW CLUB FORMED (From Our Own Correspondent) KAIKOHE, Thursday. At a meeting of cycling enthusiasts held this week it was decided to form a cycle club at Kaikohe. Mr. W. Bell was elected secretary pro tern, and a provisional committee was set up to collect information and prepare a draft constitution of the club. The committe presented its report at a meeting held last evening, when the rules submitted were adopted. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr. A. Admore; president, Mr. Wm. J. Worthington; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. Geo. Williamson, U. Wilson, W. Roberts. H. Admore and F. King; secretary, Mr. W. Bell: treasurer, Mr. C. Garmonsway; club captain. Air. L. Roberts; starters, Messrs. PI. Wilson and PI. Admore-; handieapper, Air. C. Garmonsway; timekeeper, Mr. E. Palmer; committee, Messrs. H. R. Vaile, Rev. Panapa, PI. Admore. PI. Wilson, with president, secretary and treasurer. It was decided to have the initial run of the club on Wednesday to the Ngapulii Station Road and back.
