RAILWAY BOOKINGS
OFFICE IN KARANGAHAPE ROAD OPENING ON MONDAY The new railway booking office at 165 Karangahape Road will be officially opened on Monday. This will be the third railway booking office to be opened by the department throughout the city. The hours will be from 8.30 o’clock in the morning until six o’clock in the evening except on Saturdays, when the hours will be from 8.30 until 1 p.m. In addition to rail tickets, outward checked luggage and outward booked parcesl will be dealt with, thus saving travellers and businessmen long journeys to the raliway station in Queen Street. The office is on the telephone and seats may be pencilled in that way.
