CAMBRIDGE ORPHANS’ CLUB
The annual meeting of the Cambridge Orphans’ Club was held last evening, the Bev. Lionel Harvie presiding. The report showed that the past year had been a very successful one and the balance sheet disclosed that the financial position of the club had greatlyimproved, although there was still a debit balance of about £7. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr. F. Lye, M.P.: president. Bro. T. H. Hampshire; vice-presidents, Bros. C. Andrews, T. F. Richards, A. Weatherell. A. Montgomery. AY. Wilkinson and C. Watt; secretary and treasurer. Bro. White.
