Auckland; Oscar Petersen, dairy farmer, Auckland; Arthur Benjamin Graham, baker Whangarei. In the application of George David Bates, his Honour expressed disapproval of bankrupt’s actions and suspended discharge for one year. Edward George Hunter, traveller, Auckland, was granted a discharge, subject to judgment for £l7 being entered against him, equal to 5s in the pound in the proved claims on the estate. Orders for adjudication as bankrupts were made against Annie Hirst, widow, Auckland, and F. C. Hirst, carpenter. Auckland, trading together as Hirst and Son. Morningside.
