PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES CHRISTCHURCH PROTEST Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. At a meeting of the New Zealand coach and motor-body builders at Christchurch, in moving a resolution congratulating Sir Joseph Wardonhia advent to office, and urging protection for the motor-body building industry, Mr. C. S. McCully drew attention to the success of safeguarding in England. The speaker said he was a_ protectionist. He favoured protection to provide snore work and better wages. The motion was seconded toy Mr. E. C. Harvie, who said the trouble was that the people of New Zealand were not loyal to New Zealand industries. The motion was carried unanimously.
