The properties to be sold are in the estates of the late Mr. H. P. Caughey and the late Mr. A. C. Caughey. On behalf of the estate of th« late Mr. H. P. Caughey, Richard Arthur will offer by auction at the upstairs saleroom, opposite the Town Hall, tomorrow afternoon at two o’clock, several splendid home-building sites in Epsom and Remuera. On behalf of the estate of the late Mr. A. C. Caughey the same firm will offer by auction valuable city and suburban freeholds, comprising two cottages in Hobson Street, building sites in Mount Albert. Mount Roskill and the Dunholme Estate. Remuera. and a large residence of 15 rooms, with all modern appointments, situated on the Dunholme Estate. This sale will also be held at two o’clock to-morrow* in the saleroom, opposite the Town Hall.
