COUNCIL’S REQUEST /From Our Own Correspondent) PAEROA, Monday. The following resolution.was passed at a meeting o£ the Paeroa Borough Council: —“That the council asks the member for the district to use his earnest endeavours to urge the Prime Minister and Minister of Railways to pay the district a visit and personally look into the question of at once proceeding with the Paeroa-Pokeno railway.” ______
