INFECTIOUS DISEASES
TEN NOTIFICATIONS REPORTED During the week-end the Health Department received notification of three cases of scarlet fever, six cases of diphtheria, two of which were in the same household, and one case of dysentery from Papakura. With the exception of the tw r o in one household. the diphtheria cases are from fairly widespread suburban districts.
