(2) That the Mount Albert Borough Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such purpose out of its ordinary revenue, proposes to borrow for the said purpose the sum of £8,500. (3) That the proposed security for the repayment of the Loan shall be a I Special Rate of Seventeen Twohundredths of a penny in the £ on all ratable property in the Borough of Mount Albert. (4; That the Mount Albert Borough Council proposes to make such Loan repayable in 26 years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a Sinking Fund of not less than £2 per centum per annum. (5) That the Mount Albert Borough Council proposes to pay out of such Loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Mount Albert Borough Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such Loan, but no portion of the interest.or sinking fund.
