AGAINST HIGHER FEES
HOSPITAL BOARD PROTESTS Press Association GISBORNE, Friday. The Cook Hospital Board has decided to protest against the increase of fees at the King George V Hospital, Rotorua, from 9s to 12s a day for adults, and from 6s to 9s a day for children under 16, the proposal being described as “outrageous.” It is stated that the increased fees would mean an additional expense of £SOO or £6OO a: year to the Cook Hospital Board. j ~ —£—■
