SALE OF PAINTINGS
N.Z. ARTIST'S EXHIBITION The exhibition of painting organised by the New Zealand artist. Mr. J. D. Perrett, was sola by auction yesterday afternoon. Almost all the pictures were sold, many of them bringing good prices. The best picture of the exhibition, the "English Landscape.” by John Glover, is not yet sold, but it is understood that negotiations are in progress for its sale to an Auckland collector.
