SIR S. WILSON'S VISIT British Official 'Wireless RUGBY, Tuesday. Sir Samuel Wilson, Permanent Un-der-Secretary for the Colonies, left London this afternoon for East Africa. There he will confer with the local Governments and representatives of unofficial opinion on the Hilton Young report in regard to closer co-operation between Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika. Sir Samuel was accompanied by Lady Wilson. They will be absent three months.
