There was one child. “In consequence of suspicions I made a call at my husband’s office on the evening of December 12 last, in company with a friend and his wife,’’ said Mrs. Scantlebury. "We arrived about 9 o’clock and found the office in darkness and the door locked. “By breaking- the glass of the door we gained admission, and flashing a light saw my husband with a youngwoman. Both looked startled. I said. ‘I have caught you at last: I will communicate with you through my solicitor.’ ” Corroborative evidence was given by a witness of the incident. His Honour granted a decree nisi to be made absolute after three months, with costs against respondent on the lower scale.
