Sir Austen Chamberlain is rapporteur on the questions, and his colleagues, who will come to discuss the subject with him. are Signor Guinones de Leon, of Spain, and Mr. Adatchi, Japan. M. G. Mironescu, Rumanian Foreign Minister, arrived in London this evening.
