RACIAL MINORITIES
FOREIGN MINISTERS IN LONDON LEAGUE COMMITTEE TO MEET British Official 1 Virelcss Reed. 12.18 p.m. RUGBY, Wednesday. A meeting of the sub-committee appointed by the League of Nations Council at its last meeting, to deal with the question of racial minorities, will be held in the Foreign Office on April 29. Sir Austen Chamberlain is rapporteur on the questions, and his colleagues, who will come to discuss the subject with him. are Signor Guinones de Leon, of Spain, and Mr. Adatchi, Japan. M. G. Mironescu, Rumanian Foreign Minister, arrived in London this evening.
