It is understood that the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, outlined his General Election policy, which he will announce to-morrow week at a meeting at Drury Lane Theatre, and that Mr. Winston Churchill, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has submitted some of the proposals of his forthcoming Budget which will have a nearing on the election programme.
