PLACED BEFORE CABINET ANNOUNCEMENT IN WEEK British Official Wireless Received 12.18 p.jn. RUGBY, Wednesday. The first meeting of the Cabinet after the Easter recess ivas held today. It is understood that the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, outlined his General Election policy, which he will announce to-morrow week at a meeting at Drury Lane Theatre, and that Mr. Winston Churchill, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has submitted some of the proposals of his forthcoming Budget which will have a nearing on the election programme.
