KEROSENE IN PASSAGE (Special to THE SUN) ROTORUA, To-day. When the King’s Hall in Rotorua was opened up yesterday morning for cleaning after a dance last evening, it nY J° Und t!lat an apparent attempt had_ been made to burn the place down Kerosene had been poured along the f° or or Thc Passage-way leading to j the supper-room and then lighted. The | t lr n b< fr. luckily, had not caught fire i but it was badly charred and much I damage was done to the floor.
