ELECTION RUSH BEGINS 10,000 LIBERAL MEETINGS (United Service) LONDON, Monday. With the return from Chequers today of the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, the General Election rush has commenced in earnest. Mr. Baldwin will submit the Conservative programme to the Cabinet on Wednesday. There will be an everincreasing flood of oratory by all the parties until May 30. Sir Herbert Samuel to-day will commence a 3,000 miles tour from Land’s End to John o’Groats, to inaugurate throughout Britain the Liberal campaign. For this 10,000 meetings have been arranged.
