SUBMARINE VENTURE
WILKINS POSTPONES ARCTIC TRIP LITTLE TIME TO PREPARE (Australian and -V. Z. Press Association J NEW YORK, Saturday. It is announced that Sir Hubert Wilkins has postponed his Arctic trip in a submarine. The explorer explains that the postponement has been decided upon because o£ the shortness of time in ■which to complete the necessary plans. Mr. George Putnam says certain contingencies arose that convinced Sir Hubert and him that the time element is too pressing.
