ELDERLY MAN HURT
STRUCK BY MOTOR-CYCLE While walking along the Alfriston Road between 9 and 10 p.m. on Friday, an elderly man named Mr. Peter Frost, of Alfriston, who was accompanied by his son, was knocked down by a motor-cycle, ridden by Mr. Thomas Henry Alderton, of Alfriston, which was travelling in the same direction. One of Mr. Frost’s legs was badly cut, and he received a bruise on the head. After attention by Dr. Campbell Jenkin, of Manurewa, Mr. Frost was taken home.
