BUS HITS MOTOR-CAR
A collision occurred at the junction of Portage Road and Great South Road, at Otahuhu on Saturday evening between a passenger bus travelling to Pukekohe and a light motor-car driven by Mr. Apps. The motor-car was turning into Portage Road when the collision occurred. But for the prompt action of the driver in swerving the car would have been cut in two. The mudguard and running-board on one side of the car were ripped off. Nobody was injured.
