MODEL AERO CLUB
The New Zealand Model Aero Club held the first flight competitions at private grounds in Benson Road. Remuera. yesterday, when about 12 machines were flown. The wind was erratic, but several successful flights were made. The result of the competitions axe os follow: —Speed (first past a given point):—J. Owen. 1: G. AI. Owen. 2. Duration contest: P. T. ChinneryBrown and F. C. Alacdonald, equal. 1; J. Owen, 3. Distance competition (point to point): G. M. Owen, 1; J. AI. Owen, 2.
