COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waipu sails for Kerepeehi at 5 p.m. to-morrow, and returns to port at 8 a.m. on Thursday. The Taniwha is to leave for Paeroa at 4.30 o'clock to-morrow afternoon. She is expected back at 9 p.m. on Wednesday. The Clansman is to be dispatched for Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Mangonui at 4 p.m. to-morrow. She is due back in port at 7.30 o’clock on Friday morning. The Claymore sails for Whangarei at 10.30 p.m. to-morrow, and arrives back at 9 a.m. on Thursday. The Tuhoe is to be dispatched for Mercury Bay, Tairua, Whangapoua, Port Charles and Kennedy Bay at 4 p.m. tomorrow. The Ngapuhi is to be dispatched for Tauranga at 7 o’clock to-night. She returns to port at 7.30 o’clock on "Wednesday. _ The Rangitoto sails for Thomas at 7 o’clock this evening. She arrives back a 3.30 a.m. to-morrow. The llauiti is to leave for Coromandel at 5 p.m. to-morrow and arrives back at 4 a.m. on Wednesday. The Apanui is scheduled to sail for Totara North, Houhora. and Parenga at noon to-morrow. She should arrive back at S o’clock on Saturday morning. The Gunbar leaves Auckland on Wednesday qn her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. The Awahou arrived at Auckland on Saturday and berthed at the Central Wharf. She sails to-morrow afternoon on her return trip to East Coast bays and Gisborne. The Government motor-ship Maui Pomare is to be docked to-morrow morn-* ing for cleaning and painting. The Wingatui left Auckland on Saturday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oarnaru and Timaru. The Kaitoke, at present loading at Westport for New Plymouth and Auckland, is expected here next Sunday. The Waipiata, from Bluff, and Dunedin, leaves Timaru to-morrow via Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland, where she is due next Saturday. The Westport Coal Company collier Canopus arrived at Auckland yesterday from Westport and berthed at the Queen’s Wharf. The Kurow leaves Auckland at midnight for Portland, where she will load cement to-morrow for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Tiroa, which arrived at Auckland on Saturday evening from Gisborne, and berthed at the King's Wharf, sails tomorrow afternoon on her return trip to Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Kairanga, from Lyttelton, via Picton, arrived here yesterday and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf. After discharge at Auckland the vessel proceeds to Westport to load for this port. The Waimea arrived at Auckland on Saturday at mid-day and berthed at the Central Wharf. At 4 p.m. to-morrow she leaves here on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaitangata, which arrived here yesterday from Greymouth. via Wellington and berthed at the Queen’s Wharf, sails, after discharge, to Greymouth, where she will load for Wellington. The Katoa arrived here yesterday morning from Southern ports and Wellington, and berthed at the Prince's Wharf. On Thursday she leaves Auckland for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Huntingdon, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, leaves Auckland on Friday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers and Bluff. The Mariston should sail from here about Wednesday for New Plymouth, where she completes her discharge of basic slag. The Aelybryn is to leave Auckland on Thursday for Wanganui, where she unloads the remainder of her Nauru phosphates.
The City of Roubaix sails from Auckland on Wednesday for Wellingto-n, Lyttelton and Dunedin to put out the remainder of her New York cargo.
The King Malcolm is completing her discharge of basic slag at the King’s Wharf.
