SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS

EASTER CONVENTION HELD Nearly 450 teachers from Auckland city, suburban and provincial Sunday schools are meeting in the Unity llall for an Easter convention, which began on Good Friday morning. The session is under the nresidency of the Rev. F. A. Thompson, of Birkenhead. Various speakers have given addresses of interest on subjects relating to the work. After Eible study on Saturday morning Mr. L. E. Fulkner spoke on “The Supplementary Talk With Blackboard” and the Rev. L. B. Bust!eld spoke on “The Child and Religion.” In the afternoon. Mr. Thompson spoke on “Art in the Sunday School,” while the Rev. T.,. B. Fletcher dealt with the cradleroll department. An interesting programme was carried out yesterday, iind delegates will take part in varied activities to-day, which is the last of the convention.
