LAMB WEAK
HOME MEAT SALES BEEF MARKET FIRM In the frozen meat in London, lamb sales are weak, and the demand is running mainly on light-weights. The demand for mutton has improved slightly. For Australian lamb there is also a poor demand, and mutton sales are weak. Owing to light stocks, there is a firm tone in the market for New Zealand beef.
