GEORGE CARRIES ON
“ALPINE ANTICS’’ AT ST. JAMES George Wallace bids fair to create i record of popularity at the St. James Theatre. For 14 weeks he has appeared behind the footlights nightly, and still the crowds—with their laughter—corns regularly. George’s latest is “Alpine Antics,'* w which he and his merry men and his bevy of charming ladies are at the to® of their form. As a bogus count who creates a sensation at a fashionable Swiss resort, the little comedian jriws full play to his amazing comedy talents and has the audience with him all the way. Last evening “Alpine Antics' wm again a complete success and the dancing and melody with which the revtie is spiced attracted by their novelty and unique variety. Marie Nyman and Marshall Crosby were in their element M were the other principals, while tb« ballet kept on its toes from overture to march out. Altogether it is a merry Easter shew and an excellent cure for the blues.
