MR. PERCY K. DAWS

IDEAS FOR BETTER PICTURES Alter an extended trip to the principal Australian cities, Mr. Percy K. Daws, of the Cro— Studios, has now returned to Auckland. He has brought back with him a host of new ideas in the art of photography, and these he will put into practice immediately. Almost every day sees the discovery of some new improvement, and research work proceeds so fast that, in order to keep abreast of the times, photographers must study the latest developments. This was the object of Mr. Daws’s visit to Australia, and his experiences will result in even better examples of both the portraiture and group photography, for which the Crown Studios are so well known. 2.
