Accidental Death j At the inquest at Huntly on the lad \ Tini Awa. who was killed through being thrown from his horse at Huntly West yesterday, a verdict of accidental death was returned by the deputy - ( coroner. Motor-cyclist's Death Arthur Hall, aged IS. was admitted to the Palmerston North Hospital badly ' injured, following a heavy fall from his I motor-cycle on Sunday. He died last j evening without regaining ConsciousFingerprint Clue John Frederick Byrnand, aged 31. a seaman, was committed for sentence at Wellington on charges of breaking and entering the warehouse of Woolston Tanneries. Did., and stealing goods valued at £7. and with breaking and I entering the premises of Petrol Supplies. Ltd., and stealing an alarm clin k valued at 10s. Finger prints on the broken window glass were responsible for accused's arrest in connection with the latter crime.—P \ Twice Married Reginald Boyton. a seaman who w. * married in January, pleaded guilty at the Wellington Police Court to a charge of bigamy, having married 1 Kathleen Schroeder at Greyrnouth in 1925. Two months after they were married she took maintenance and separation proceedings against him. lie | told his wife a week prior to his arrest that he had been married previously.— P.A. Gaol for Forger Percy William Solly was sentenced on Monday at the Wellington Supreme Court to two years’ imprisonment with hard labour for forgery and uttering. He was sentenced to three months' imprisonment in the Magistrate's Court to-day for having obtained £2 from Dr. Kemp by moans of false preFrank Blackham. who also got two years' imprisonment on Monday, was similarly sentenced for the theft of six blank cheque forms ami a gold ring.—P.A. Damages for Cyclist Damages amounting to £76 4s. with costs £ll 17s 6d. were awarded plaintiff in the case. Murray Roy Keenan against Lionel George Wilkinson, farmer. of Ngahinapouri. at the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day. The ease was the sequel to an act ident in which plaintiff's motor-cycle was damaged and he himself injured in a collision with a lorry driven by defendant. The cause of the accident, said Mr. Wyvern Wilson. S.M.. was due to defendant’s negligent driving on the wrong side of the road.
