SPREADING ESPERANTO

In addition to the Prime Minister, Sir Jospeh Ward, and Sir George Fowlds, Sir Robert Stout has accepted the office of patron of the New Zealand Esperanto Association, an organisation which Esperantists, in conference at Wellington last January, formed for the purpose of encouraging the study and spread of the international auxiliary language, Esperanto, throughout the Dominion.
